Courtyard garden: Sampler (We Will Now Discuss), 2001

Sampler (We Will Now Discuss), with its leafy depiction of the First Couple, is nestled in a bucolic corner of Mrs. Gardner’s lovely Courtyard garden. I was hoping that the natural setting would become part of the dialogue between Darwin’s theory of natural selection and a snippet of conversation between two fictional characters discussing a virtual reality game in a science fiction movie.
